I am the only Broker and Loan Officer in the Bay Area who not only served in the military but specializes and advocates in helping our Veterans buy and sell homes. Not just any Realtor or Loan Officer will do – It is a unique transaction that requires the following skills that are my expertise:
- Understand underwriter qualifying rules for VA and conventional mortgages to save you time in looking for properties that you will likely qualify for.
- Answer all Veteran-specific questions regarding buying, selling, financing, and re-financing real estate.

- Collaborate with specific lenders which allow for lower interest rates than you will find anywhere else.

I am a specialist in the Bay Area, helping Veterans with the VA Loan and Non-Veterans with their home and mortgage needs:
- I am a strong advocate for our Veterans and Families owning a home in the Bay Area. I have advocated through community presentations, the White House, the 114th Congressional District, and our local Board of Supervisors to push for VA Loan awareness. I received a response from the White House in 2019 about the county loan limit for the VA Loan. Per the 2020, VA Circular it is now zero down up to 2.5 million. Maybe me 🙂
- I am passionate about educating Veterans on inflated pricing that other “so-called” military-friendly large lenders have taken advantage of with their excellent marketing BUT high interest rate offers.
- I actively de-stigmatize the VA loan to real estate agents that may be mis-informed, allowing for accepted offers instead of rejection. Education and communication is key.
My goal is to provide you fair pricing on ANY Loan and make VA real estate transactions as seamless as possible. If there is a Veteran who can’t qualify for a loan yet, I will guide you and point to people who can help rebuild your credit.
I am a 4th generation Bay area native born in San Francisco with extensive knowledge and history of our Bay Area’s evolution since the 1800’s. This ties into why it makes sense to invest in this fascinating area with a scarcity of land. I am a worldly person who has also traveled extensively on my own and with the military serving as a Navy Veteran, a reservist officer in the Army Reserves since 2009(never experiencing combat) and attaining my degree from San Francisco State University. I genuinely care about people and am friendly, efficient and knowledgeable to help you.
